Windham Basketball will be well represented on the state’s biggest high school stage this spring, as Tyrie James and AJ Moody have been selected to participate in the Maine McDonald’s Senior All‑Star Game.
The 2026 game will be held on Friday, March 7, at Husson University in Bangor, with a banquet honoring the selected athletes taking place the night before on Thursday, March 6. James and Moody will suit up for the A/B South Team, competing against the A/B North Team in a showcase that brings together the top senior talent from across the state.
Both players have played pivotal roles in elevating Windham Basketball over the past several seasons. More than just standout performers, James and Moody have helped establish a daily standard within the program, one built on competitiveness, unselfish play, and accountability. Their impact extends beyond the box score, showing up in how they prepare, how they lead teammates, and how they represent Windham in every environment.
Together, they have been central figures in Windham’s sustained success, helping push the program forward while leaving a lasting imprint on its culture. Their selection to the McDonald’s Senior All-Star Game is a reflection not only of their individual talent, but also of the respect they’ve earned statewide for the way they approach the game.
Windham Basketball is proud to see Tyrie James and AJ Moody recognized with this honor and looks forward to watching them represent the program, the community, and A/B South on one of Maine’s premier basketball stages.
