Our League
In 2025-26 we played in Class A South, an 18-game season that ran from December into February. In 2024 and 2025 we played in Class AA North and won the state title both years.
The Southwestern Maine Activities Association brings together seventeen high schools from Cumberland and York counties, and Windham is a member. In 2026, the Eagles captured their first SMAA championship.
We’d love to see you and your family at a game in the Windham High School gym this season.

Athletic Administrator’s Letter
A note from our athletic administrator to Windham families, on sportsmanship and pride.
I want to wish the boys’ and girls’ basketball programs, along with our winter cheering team, the best of luck this season. All three programs play an important part in our winter success and we are proud to have the athletes compete and represent WHS.
