Eagles defeat Edward Little, 60-56, closeout historic season and earn the #1 Seed

The Windham Eagles (16-2) defeated the Edward Little Red Eddies for the second time this season, sweeping the series and making it 4 straight wins over the Red Eddies over the past 2 years. The Eagles were led by Quinton Lindsay who scored 16 points. Blake McPherson added 11, AJ Moody chipped in with 10 points and Tyrie James and Matt Searway both netted 9 points in the win.

Windham has secured the #1 seed in the AA North and end their regular season at 16-2, which has broke a school record for victories in a regular season and has tied the most wins in a season including playoffs. The Eagles have punched a ticket to the Civic Center with a bye in the first round and await the winner of the 4th/5th seed game.

The Eagles will play the winner of that game on Thursday February 22nd at 3:45pm at the Cross Insurance Arena in Portland Maine.
