Maine Boy’s Basketball A Division
The Eagles compete in the Maine Basketball A South which consists of teams from Portland, Cheverus, Scarborough, Bonny Eagle, South Portland, Thornton Academy, Deering, Gorham, Noble, Massabesic, Biddeford, Falmouth, Westbrook, Kennebunk, and Sanford. Class A North consists of Lewiston, Edward Little, Bangor, Oxford Hills, Hampden Academy, Mount Ararat, Camden Hills, Brunswick, Messalonskee, Skowhegan, Mount Blue, and Brewer The regular season consists of 18 games starting in December and going into February.
The Eagles are also a part of the Southwestern Maine Activities Association (SMAA) which is composed of seventeen high schools located in Cumberland and York Counties. Current member of the conference is Biddeford, Bonny Eagle, Cheverus, Deering, Falmouth, Gorham, Kennebunk, Maine, Girls’ Academy, Marshwood, Massabesic, Noble, Portland, Sanford, Scarborough, South Portland, Thornton Academy, and Westbrook. SMAA schools compete in Southern Maine Class A, and conference champions are crowned annually in seventeen sports.
